... We had 3 companies quote the project and were immediately impressed with the Integrity Plumbing Team. Adam explained the work and showed us alternate solutions that saved time and money. He even came out at least twice to map the work out and make sure we were on the same page... I accidentally booked plumbing and electrical to work in the same space on the same day, and Adam wad flexible enough to move his work around. Communication was on point... The Integrity team left the home cleaner than when they arrived... this is a company I would be honored to do business with again.

After several years of half measures from other companies, and lots of frustration, I finally was pointed towards Integrity Plumbing Solutions. In a very short time, they successfully diagnosed the issue, and replaced a section of my main sewer line, fixing a major problem that had plagued us for years that several other plumbing companies didn’t want to touch. I now use them for every plumbing problem and recommend them to all my friends and family. Excellent work and great people.

I highly recommend Bob and Adam at Integrity Plumbing... He spent till 11:00 at night getting mobile heaters to the exposed pipes and returned early the next morning to check on it. By mid-afternoon he and Adam had the broiler fixed... Again, I simply can’t thank them enough or recommend them any higher.

We spent over a month trying to get a plumber in Ottawa help with out sewer line clogging and backing up. No one would respond and the few who did wouldn't do the work. A friend recommended Integrity and Bob responded quickly and had some come look the next day. Replacing the whole line was put of my budget so he went through my options for solutions. His communication is great and he and his team are friendly and professional. After the headache I've gone through for 2 months he made it all a breeze once we found him. Definitely won't use anyone else after this.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU CALL THIS PLUMBER! Excellent service! Reasonably priced. Showed up on time. I am very impressed by the service we received! They were professional, knowledgeable and friendly from the very beginning. On the phone and in person, they answered all my questions. The service man showed up on time, listened to my explanation of our clogged drain and plumbing issues, and was able to get rid of the clog which was backing water up into our tub and sinks. (We tried to fix it but couldn't.) He also put the new overflow cover and drain into our tub for us that needed replaced even though it wasn't part of the original service call. Our house was built in 1890 and has been added onto multiple times by previous owners, so it's plumbing is different than newer homes. It has several quirky things that need replaced or fixed. I have asked for quotes to solve other issues we have. Thank you Integrity Plumbing Solutions! I will continue to use your service and gladly recommend you to anyone in need.
